These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Letitia Fly Brand Consulting, Haselweg 5, 4123 Allschwil, Switzerland.
By engaging services, requesting consulting work, or making a payment via this website or Payrexx, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Letitia Fly Brand Consulting provides brand consulting, strategy, advisory, and related professional services. The scope, duration, and deliverables are agreed individually.
A contract is concluded once a service offer has been accepted by the client (in writing or electronically), and/or payment has been successfully completed via Payrexx or another agreed payment method.
All fees are agreed in advance and stated in CHF, unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely via Payrexx using the payment methods available at checkout (e.g. credit card, TWINT, or other supported methods).
As Letitia Fly Brand Consulting is not subject to VAT, prices are stated without VAT. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services commence only after full payment has been received.
Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services, payments are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. Time reserved, preparation, or delivered consulting is chargeable.
Any goodwill refunds or exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Letitia Fly Brand Consulting.
Clients agree to:
Delays caused by missing information or delayed feedback do not constitute grounds for refund.
Letitia Fly Brand Consulting is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Liability for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profit) is excluded.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
All concepts, materials, documents, and content created during the provision of services remain the intellectual property of Letitia Fly Brand Consulting until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law and applicable GDPR provisions. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland.

Full Refund – up to 9 days before the workshop
Cancellations made 9 days or more before the workshop date will receive a 100% refund.
50% Refund – within 8 days of the workshop
Cancellations made within 8 days of the workshop date (including last-minute cancellations) will receive a 50% refund, as venue hire is charged with an 8-day cancellation policy.
Transfers
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email us the name of the new participant at least 24 hours before the workshop.

No — this workshop is beginner-friendly and perfect for total newcomers.
Do I need special tools or paid apps?
No, we only use free tools available in Europe.
