Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Full Refund – up to 9 days before the workshop

Cancellations made 9 days or more before the workshop date will receive a 100% refund.

50% Refund – within 8 days of the workshop

Cancellations made within 8 days of the workshop date (including last-minute cancellations) will receive a 50% refund, as venue hire is charged with an 8-day cancellation policy.

Transfers

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email us the name of the new participant at least 24 hours before the workshop.
